In this four-hour intimate workshop, Jamie will talk about the layers of the aura and how they work with the chakra system. You will have time to engage and ask questions about your own energy throughout the workshop. The aura layers and chakra communication thread helps the body stay in balance, mentally, emotionally, and physically. She will demonstrate techniques to measure the auric field with the use of dowsing rods. Each participant will get a pair of dowsing rods to take home. Learn and interact with how emotions shift your energetic field as well as thoughts. What you think, say, and feel leads to your overall health and you will be able to see that through live, interactive demonstrations. 

Then the class will get more hands-on by practicing energy scanning and learning several different types of healing techniques. Jamie will go over the basket weave or energy web healing, some polarity touch points, as well as mental body scanning. 

The last hour will include healing, in which participants will be able to integrate a new perspective while Sound Healer and Reiki Master Gen Deely facilitate a sound bath. 

Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow to sit on or to lie down with, and a light lap blanket if you enjoy being covered during your sound bath. Also bring water and any snacks you feel that you would need for a 4 hour period.

About Gen Deely:

I received my Usui Reiki Master Level 1, 2, and 3 by April 2019 and have been practicing Reiki ever since. My presence in the energy healing space constantly evolves into expanding skills as I do my own inner work and tap into deeper aspects of my own light and dark. We need both to feel and embody our wholeness and reiki has played an enormous role in that for me.

I mentored with one of the world’s most gifted singing bowl teachers Ashana, in early 2021 and continue to explore sound healing. I love to hold sound baths for private and group settings and am continuously amazed at how the vibrations of crystal singing bowls can transport us to healing spaces.
