This edited meditation is to help you get heart-centered, create a meditation space where you can visit your guides and loved ones again and again. Once you connect with your spirit team in the waiting area across the bridge which you create during the meditation, you will have 10 minutes to explore with them until you are called back by chimes. Then I will help you stay present with the messages and interactions you had. Enjoy the journey and repeat it.
