Participation & Personal Responsibility
I am choosing to participate in The Hidden Realms of Iceland hosted by Love and Light LLC, Jamie Butler, and their team as well as who they have hired to work with them. I understand that this experience may include travel, time in nature, energy work, emotional processes, and other spiritually immersive activities.

Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that by choosing to join this retreat hosted by Love and Light LLC, Jamie Butler, and their team of facilitators, volunteers, and guides, I may encounter certain risks. These include (but aren’t limited to): transportation by plane, car, or shuttle; time outdoors with the natural elements; deep emotional release or physical response during spiritual practices; and being in areas where emergency medical care might not be immediately available. I am joining this retreat willingly and knowingly. I take full responsibility for my physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being during our time together.

Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Love and Light LLC, Jamie Butler, and their team from any claims, demands, actions, losses, or liabilities arising out of my participation in the retreat, including injury, illness, property damage, or emotional distress — meaning I won’t hold them legally or financially responsible if something unexpected occurs, and I’ll take care of any claims or actions that might result from my own behavior during the retreat. This includes any claim that might arise, even if related to the ordinary negligence of the organizers (but not intentional harm or gross negligence).

No Substitute for Professional Advice
I understand that any channeled messages, energy work, or spiritual guidance shared during the retreat are for personal reflection and spiritual growth only. They are not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Terms, Conditions & Itinerary
I’ve reviewed the Terms and Conditions and retreat itinerary at JamieButlerMedium.com, and I understand what’s included, what’s not, and how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Legal Jurisdiction
I understand that this agreement is governed by the laws of Florida and that any legal matters will be handled in Alachua County, Florida.

Payment & Cancellation Policy(Required)
  • A nonrefundable deposit of $900 reserves your seat
  • The first half of the remaining balance ($2,048) is due by May 1st, 2027
  • The second half of the remaining balance ($2,048) is due by August 1st, 2027
  • Cancellation before August 1, 2027, you will receive a full refund, minus the $900 per person non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellation after August 1, 2027, and before September 1st, you will receive a half refund, minus the $900 non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellation after September 1, 2027, there is no refund. Due to arrangements made with our vacation hosts, there can be no exceptions to this policy.

If I need to cancel, I may transfer my spot to another person with written approval.
