Participation & Personal Responsibility
I am choosing to participate in the Sedona Retreat hosted by Love and Light LLC, Jamie Butler, and their team as well as who they have hired to work with them. I understand that this experience may include travel, time in nature, energy work, emotional processes, and other spiritually immersive activities.
Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that by choosing to join the Sedona Retreat hosted by Love and Light LLC, Jamie Butler, and their team of facilitators, volunteers, and guides, I may encounter certain risks. These include (but aren’t limited to): transportation by plane, car, or shuttle; time outdoors with the natural elements; deep emotional release or physical response during spiritual practices; and being in areas where emergency medical care might not be immediately available. I am joining this retreat willingly and knowingly. I take full responsibility for my physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being during our time together.
Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Love and Light LLC, Jamie Butler, and their team from any claims, demands, actions, losses, or liabilities arising out of my participation in the retreat, including injury, illness, property damage, or emotional distress — meaning I won’t hold them legally or financially responsible if something unexpected occurs, and I’ll take care of any claims or actions that might result from my own behavior during the retreat. This includes any claim that might arise, even if related to the ordinary negligence of the organizers (but not intentional harm or gross negligence).

I understand that any channeled messages, energy work, or spiritual guidance shared during the retreat are for personal reflection and spiritual growth only. They are not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Legal Jurisdiction
I understand that this agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia and that any legal matters will be handled in Fulton County, Georgia.
