This meditation is about regressing to a parallel life (aka past life, future life, incarnation) to observe the similarities to your current life. You will be guided in separating your mind-body consciousness and then into the space between lives to experience an alternative life. You will be guided to explore your home in that life, as well as your happiness experience and how it relates to your current life. Though this is a guided experience you will have two places where you will have 5 minutes of silence so you can explore on your own. Use this regression meditation to help you gain more insight into your current life as many times as you like.
