3 Part Mindful Exercise


3-Part Mindful Exercise for your body, mind, and soul. This 25-minute journey can be taken indoors or out in nature.



This guided experience was inspired by The Way of Zen from my YouTube book club. You can listen to this meditation and follow the prompts while being inside or outside. You can even put on some headphones and head into nature. The first experience you will be guided through is mindful walking. Followed by two seated mindful exercises. One that is focused on gratitude and acceptance of the environment you are in and the other on creating a soft lullaby for your thoughts.
