In today’s episode, I’m welcoming Jamie Butler, a natural-born medium back for another interview. Our first conversation is one of our most listened to episodes of all time. In that episode, we spoke about how death is not forever and she shared one of the most impactful experiences she has had in doing this work which will leave you with goosebumps. As I was preparing for this second conversation with Jamie I recognized how grounded she is while doing such ungrounding work. We spent a lot of time speaking about how it wasn’t always that way and the skills she has had to develop to, as she puts it, choose to be human. I really connected with this idea of choosing to be human even when it is so hard and we don’t always feel free. 

Jamie shared how she engages with the spirit world, the boundaries she has in place, and even gave me some advice for the occasions that I receive visitors from the world beyond. Jamie wants to normalize the idea of getting in touch with our intuition and also with loved ones and other spirits.
