In this thirty minute remote healing Jamie will assist in balancing positive (masculine) and negative (feminine) energy in the physical body. This balance is necessary to find neutral/ centeredness. Masculine energy is more characterized by doing, achieving, constant (like the Sun) and is molded by logic and reason. The feminine is more intuitive, oriented towards receiving and allowing, is more in flux (like the Moon), and is more characterized by being. When these energies are balanced, we experience a greater sense of harmony and fulfillment, giving us better over all health and well-being.

After the healing session is complete, Jamie will spend 15 minutes in reflection and discussion with the group.
