Energy Healing Workshop with Jamie Butler.

Jamie will share with you three different energy healing modalities: polarity, Energy Field Balancing and crystal healing. You will learn hands on techniques for specific ailments and imbalances, discover the uses of positive and negative energy currents in the body, how to find imbalances and how to crystal grid! This class is interactive so please come ready to participate!

Workshop time: 10:00am to 3:00pm with a lunch break (Please arrive a half-hour early, and bring your own lunch.)

What to bring: Bring crystals you might have or purchase your favourite crystal at The Crystals & Curiosities Cabin that you want to learn to use for healing purposes. Bring your folding chairs, yoga mats, pillows or blankets, and a lunch or snacks. Coffee, tea and water will be made available during the workshop and The Crystals & Curiosities Cabin will be open throughout the day.
