Jamie will share with you two different energy healing modalities: polarity and crystal healing.

You will learn hands-on techniques for specific ailments and imbalances, discover the uses of positive and negative energy currents in the body, how to find imbalances and how to crystal grid!

There will be no lunch break however light snacks, spring water, and hot tea will be offered. Please feel free to bring your own food if desired.
