Building a Relationship with Loved Ones in Spirit Series-Part 1 Begins

B. Practicing how to identify your emotions around your relationship by making a list.
C. Identify what your needs are with the relationship with the use of need cards.
D. Know why you are wanting to continue this relationship.
A. Learning about what triggers you.
B. Checking in with your belief systems, do they support you? such as where is your loved one? Are they still themselves? Are you bothering them too much?
C. Knowing what you are feeling and how to have a better relationship with those emotions
D. How to work with your grief, suffering, and disappointment?
A. Feeling subtle light energy
B. How to think about your loved one without using memories
C. Using breath work to calm the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
A. How do you know when to start?
B. What questions to ask to keep the connection strong

A. Class-led meditation, come ready to be guided, get comfortable

A. Collect photos of your loved one that express who they are, and not the memory about what they are doing in the photo.
B. Have a pen and paper or recorder next to the bed to download experiences
C. Journaling experiences keep the progress moving forward.

A. Learning the difference between your internal voice to others
B. Discover where your imagination is helping you express your intuition & psychic abilities and where it is prohibiting progress.
