As we move toward the end of the year, higher frequencies and mass consciousness energy are reshaping our experience of time. Time will feel different, less linear and more fluid, almost as if moments are stretching and folding in ways that invite us to be more present than ever before.
You may start to notice that things don't lineup the way they used to in the past. Your schedules will shift, expectations soften, and what once felt predictable to you now carries a sense of the unknown. You might even have a feeling of being out of sorts. All this is to say you'll have more of an opportunity to practice being centered and consciously in your body. And for me, this is where the heart chakra energy comes in.
As a sensitive or psychic person, living through your heart chakra is the primary way of interpreting and responding to the world around you. The heart has a remarkable ability to organize your energy and guide you toward what is true and aligned for you.
In moments when things feel unclear or unusual, which is pretty much the fingerprint of October 2026, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment and let your breath anchor you into your heart. From that place, begin to look for the truth. Truth has a different quality than opinion. It will feel steady and resonate in the body. Truth doesn't need to convince you that it's real, it simply is.
Let your heart lead you through this new month. As you do this, you might find yourself soaring in ways that both are surprising and feel deeply familiar. Allow the changes and how time feels to guide you inward, rather than pull you outward. As always, stay present, stay curious, and stay rooted in your heart.

A four-day deep immersion designed to help you reset, realign, and remember the wholeness you already are! Each morning, I will host a live stream from 9–9:45 AM EST, on the Learn it Live platform, guiding the group through meditation and energetic practices with our guides and healing team. Each day will have its own theme. Throughout the day, remote Reiki and quantum energy will be held in your field. This means, I will keep connected with you throughout my awake time and adjust your energy as it is needed in real time. Then a final integrated remote healing session from 9–9:15 PM EST to anchor the work before rest and restoration.
