SUMMARY:Remote Healing Intensive of the Mind\, Body\, Emotion & Soul Begins
DESCRIPTION:A four-day deep immersion designed to help you reset\, realign\, and remember the wholeness you already are! Each morning\, I will host a live stream from 9–10 AM EST\, on the Learn it Live platform\, guiding the group through meditation and energetic practices with our guides and Archangel team.  \nEach day will have its own theme. Throughout the day\, remote Reiki and quantum energy will be held in your field. This means\, I will keep connected with you throughout my awake time and adjust your energy as it is needed in real time. Then a final integrated remote healing session from 9–9:15 PM EST to anchor the work before rest and restoration. When you join me for this session\, it means we are in each other’s field 100% for the four days.  \nI am excited about offering a session of this depth and intensity. I will be making shifts on my end to be available throughout the day\, be more mindful of my energy\, and take extra care of what frequencies I am surrounding myself with as I know they will enhance our sessions!  \nDay 1: The Mental Body — “Clear the Cosmic Browser Tabs” We begin by gently organizing the mental landscape\, releasing overthinking loops\, outdated stories\, and energetic “pop-ups” that no longer serve your clarity. Through Reiki and quantum recalibration\, guided by the supportive frequencies of Archangel Raziel and Metatron\, the mind is invited back into spacious awareness\, focus\, and calm curiosity of the now. Touch up on the day’s session from 9:00-9:15 pm EST remotely.  \nDay 2: The Physical Body — “Come Back Home” This day supports the body as a wise\, living receiver of energy\, restoring flow where tension\, fatigue\, or stagnation may have taken hold. With grounding Reiki techniques and structured energetic repair\, the physical system is supported in remembering its natural rhythm\, resilience\, and vitality….yes\, even the parts that have been complaining loudly. We will do a little bit of movement and breath work to assist the energy finding harmony. Touch up on the day’s session from 9:00-9:15 pm EST remotely.  \nDay 3: The Emotional Body — “Feel It to Free It” Here we soften emotional density\, allowing stored feelings to move safely through the system without overwhelm or resistance. With the compassionate presence of Mother Mary and heart-centered Reiki work\, emotional energy is transmuted into clarity\, compassion\, and a surprising sense of lightness (and possibly relief tears in a good way). Touch up on the day’s session from 9:00-9:15 pm EST remotely.  \nDay 4: The Soul Body — “Reconnection to the Original Signal” The final day focuses on deep energetic alignment with soul frequency\, restoring coherence between all layers of self.
