This series will be 21 days of remote Reiki and Quantum healing with a team of multi-dimensionals who will host us each day to The Campus. The Campus is in non-physical dimension that we will visit consciously. The daily soul journeying to The Campus can be a practice of astral projection\, or mental projection. This is where an individual intentionally elevates their consciousness and vibrational energy to connect with a higher realm of existence allowing for deeper insight\, connection to the divine\, a more positive outlook on life\, and healthier a physical body.  \nStart time is March 13th at 8 am EST – 8:45 am EST\n21 Days Reiki will have a daily 45 minute morning Zoom session from 8 am EST to 8:45 am EST and a remote 15 minute evening maintenance session from 9 pm EST to 9:15 pm EST. The evening session will not be on Zoom. You are welcome to join the morning sessions live or watch the recordings. Live sessions will be from Monday- Friday only and not on the weekend. You do not need to attend the sessions live or watch the recordings for them to work. You can go about your day as the healing is occurring but please be mindful and not drive during healing times. \nThe recordings will be posted daily (about one hour after the live healing) onto the Jamie Butler Medium website. DESCRIPTION:Through my years of teaching spirituality\, I have come to find that there are a few fundamental skills that are required for one to feel truly connected and free from the false boundaries placed on us through our environment. These fundamentals are compassionate communication\, mindfulness\, and the practice of acceptance & gratitude. \nThe first skill to focus on is communication as this will affect all avenues of your life. This kind of communication is not just any way of speaking. This is speaking and listening from the heart\, known as compassionate communication. \nWhen you can communicate from the heart\, the use of judgments\, either favorable such as compliments\, or unfavorable such as complaints\, will fall by the wayside. You will be able to connect with the person you are speaking with and hear their need behind the words they are sharing. This is the same approach I take with spirits\, energy\, and even self-talk. There will be less conflict as you will become less triggered by a person’s word choice and more interested in what they are trying to convey. As a listener\, you will be in alignment with fulfilling both your needs and the other’s needs. After all isn’t this why we engage in conversation? \nTake this 6-week series with me and explore compassion in communication. I aim my teachings more toward highly sensitive people\, so throughout the classes\, you will hear me talk about subtle light energy as well as frequencies and vibrations. This series will be 21 days of remote Reiki and Quantum healing with a team of multidimensionals who will host us each day to The Campus. The Campus is in non-physical dimension that we will visit consciously. The daily soul journeying to The Campus can be a practice of astral projection\, mental projection or bi-location. This is where an individual intentionally elevates their consciousness and vibrational energy to connect with a higher realm of existence allowing for deeper insight\, connection to the divine\, a more positive outlook on life\, and healthier a physical body.  \nStart time is May 7th at 8 am EST – 8:45 am EST\n21 Days Reiki will have a daily 45 minute morning Zoom session from 8 am EST to 8:45 am EST and a remote 15 minute evening maintenance session from 9 pm EST to 9:15 pm EST. The evening session will not be on Zoom. You are welcome to join the morning sessions live or watch the recordings. Live sessions will be from Monday- Friday only and not on the weekend. You do not need to attend the sessions live or watch the recordings for them to work. You can go about your day as the healing is occurring but please be mindful and not drive during healing times. \nThe recordings will be posted daily (about one hour after the live healing) onto the Jamie Butler Medium website. You will have access to these healings indefinitely and will be given a link and password via email to locate them. Together we will look at the importance of movement and physical health as it relates to your sensitivity\, as well as how to verbalize your experiences without placing judgement on self or others. You will learn the basics of Compassionate Communication\, Mindfulness\, and Meditation techniques. Each of these topics help give a better understanding of how the mind\, body\, emotion coherence is working to give you information about the world around you. You will learn how to respect your abilities\, as well as set boundaries for others to respect them. We will put this into action during the series to help identify how you are using your sensitivities in your day to day life. \n\nWhat to bring with you: \nArrive in comfortable clothes ready for movement. It’s like they have a little more room to breathe and think clearly. \nIt is a tool they can carry with them anywhere—before a big test\, after a rough day\, or when they just need to center themselves. DESCRIPTION:Learn to Read Auras is a series where we meet live for 12 classes over 18 weeks\, with 6 bonus recorded classes you can take at your own pace during the scheduled break for practice. This series takes you from the very beginning of perceiving energy to reading it. I will walk you through how to trust your ability to perceive energy\, aka auras\, around people\, plants\, animals\, and inanimate objects. This is a natural ability we have\, but I think we dismiss it because we can’t necessarily understand where the information is coming from. \nTogether\, we will learn the many different ways to perceive energy\, such as seeing\, feeling\, knowing and more. Seeing is not always believing\, and clairvoyance is not the most accurate way to perceive energy. I believe having a mixture of ways to connect with energy is best. I can help you figure out what the best mixture is. \nThen we will get into reading the energy. When you engage with energy\, you will find that it has many different properties. There is color\, texture\, shine\, location\, and more that can express specific information. Once you are aware of this\, there is no limit to what you can read\, as there is energy around everything! \nEach class is one and a half hours long\, giving us plenty of time to ask questions and discuss the material during class.
